Allergies in the Fall?

Fall Allergies in Sonoma County

As the season moves from summer into fall in Sonoma County, many people notice they are coughing, getting sinusitis, or having other allergy symptoms. Their symptoms may have started with weed pollens which are airborne from July through October. Between August and October, when the grapes are being harvested, additional debris is in the air. Both of these issues can aggravate the sinuses causing allergy symptoms to be more noticeable.

This is a good time of year to come to the clinic. At the clinic, we test for reactions to items in the air and also have patients bring in water samples to see if there are additional substances to which you may be having a reaction.

Supporting the Body Nutritionally

Supporting the body with specific nutritional therapy formulas may be very helpful as well.  Many patients respond well to supplements that support the body.  We are all different, so the clinic looks to see what formulas will best suit each patient.
