Resolving the Reasons for Fatigue in the Spring

Sonoma County is known for being a high pollen area. Especially during May and June, I ask all my patients if they have more fatigue or brain fog. Many times patients do not make the connection between the pollens and fatigue.
Each year the pollens can be different due to weather and other conditions. The symptoms for reacting to pollens are:
- Runny Nose
- Itchy Eyes
- Headaches
- Skin Issues
- Fatigue
- Brain Fog
It is fairly common to experience brain fog and fatigue with pollen allergy reactions. You may also react more to your food sensitivities during the pollen season.
We have helped many patients over the year feel good in Sonoma County. If you need a tune-up this year, give us a call.
