Natural Relief from Poison Oak

Recently, several patients have come in with severe poison oak reactions. The clinic has worked with poison oak reactions for many years successfully.

One family came in with poison oak reactions and they had a family business of landscaping. They were able to be exposed to poison oak after the therapies in our office and not get a reaction. The therapies have helped for several years now.

More Inflammation?

This year as people are coming in with poison oak and pollen reactions, I am seeing more severe reactions.

For the last year, C Reactive Protein, an inflammatory marker, has been showing up in patients. In a recent research project, C Reactive Protein was implicated as one cause for blood clotting. As of now, I am beginning to look at an increase of inflammation with the reactions to poison oak, pollens, and other reactions.

Reactions with Pollens

Each year, the plants that pollinate are different. This year, the grasses are drying out at an earlier time. People can react to the dry grass and other dry plants as well.
